Green beans, beets, cabbage, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, napa cabbage, cucumbers, arugula, salad mix, husk cherries, romaine lettuce, okra, sugar snap peas, snow peas, radishes, spinach, summer squash, winter squash, tomatoes, bok coy, herbs, edible flowers, eggs, and pastured poultry.
Describe your production practices.
We follow organic and biodynamic farming practices. We use organic NON-GMO seed when available (mostly available), and we don’t use pesticides or herbicides. We use companion planting as a means of pest reduction and as a way to increase our naturally occurring pollinators.
