What products do you have available at the market?
Bagels, sourdough boules, focaccia rounds, multigrain loaf, croissants, cinnamon rolls, Dynamite coffee beans and hot coffee by the cup.
Describe your production practices.
We currently use King Arthur’s Non-GMO flour. We have started experimenting with Carolina Ground Flour and would like to incorporate local flour as our business grows. Our Ham & Cheese Croissants use ham from Foothills Butcher, who works with local farms.
