Market Mentors: Farm to Cake Bakery

Our second class in our Market Mentor Education Series will be Saturday, June 6th with Farm to Cake Bakery. Did you know there are many kinds of flour made from different species of grain? Learn which species is best for your home baking projects and what makes them unique.
We are thrilled to be offering a new class series at market for the 2026 season! These talks are designed to share information with customers about many of the vendor’s products and production practices that make them unique and valuable and how customers can use those products. Classes will be held at market on the first Saturday of the month, first at 9:30a and again at 11:00a. These talks will be around 20 minutes long and often feature hands-on activities, demonstrations, and printed literature with more information and resources for customers.
