What products do you have available at the market?
Living 5×5 trays and cut and packaged Microgreens. This will include multiple varieties such as pea shoots, arugula, sunflower shoots, radish and more.
Describe your production practices.
Asheville Microgreens uses no pesticides or fertilizers in our products. Sanitation and hygiene are top priority when handeling produce or operating in our greenhouse. All employees are required to wash hands before handling any product. All harvest tools are sanitized.
